We have grown to over 500 employees in 5 states, 5 business divisions, and 23 branches. Reporting to a company owner I partner and strategize with all staff levels on a variety of goals, projects, and tasks while leading and developing an excellent HR team that performs all HR responsibilities at the corporate level. I\'ve loved every moment of my journey at Etna starting as an HR Generalist, then HR Manager, to now Director of HR.
