I joined Integrant in 2006, and today I’m at least ten times more passionate about the work I do and the people I serve.My role is connecting U.S. companies with talented engineering teams who help build, run, and evolve the technology that powers their businesses. Increasingly, that means helping companies navigate modernization, AI, and the changing role of software engineering itself.I often say that what we do is “bring outsourcing in.” Working with an Integrant team feels much more like working with your own internal engineers. Our people are smart, hungry, passionate, and take real pride in their work. We hire great people and invest heavily in their growth—both technically and in how they communicate and collaborate.Today, companies don’t need more engineers. They need trusted partners who can help them navigate technology change and turn new capabilities like AI into real, reliable systems.
