Whether I’m troubleshooting a complex digital challenge or preparing teams for new functionality, I focus on clarity, readiness, and predictable execution.I recently earned my Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification on my first attempt — a milestone that reflects my commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and helping teams work better together.Before stepping into my current role, I served as a Digital Solutions Manager, leading teams that supported digital banking customers and ensured operational readiness for new features. I’m passionate about developing people, elevating digital experiences, and creating environments where collaboration and curiosity thrive.Beyond my professional work, I’m a two‑time breast cancer survivor who believes deeply in resilience, community, and giving back.
