Co-founder of KIMPA, a multi-family office with a mission to address the challenges of each generation by providing high-value investment services tailored to entrepreneurial families and their family offices.KIMPA develops five distinctive areas of expertise:1. Specialist in impact investing solutions and major investment trends.2. Guidance in philanthropy and legacy-building initiatives, helping families channel their values into meaningful societal impact.3. Expertise in non-resident wealth management challenges.4. Specialist in corporate finance and M&A for entrepreneurial families (FBO, capital opening, divestment, tailor-made projects, innovation).5. World-class expertise in governance for entrepreneurial families.As the grandson of an agricultural family business destroyed by a fratricidal war, I have developed a deep expertise in the emotional dynamics that shape the governance of family enterprises. In 2020, I published at INSEAD a clinical perspective on “how the environmental emergency affects the emotional dynamics between family members and within family businesses.” I am also the author of the book Reinventing Family Governance (Dunod), which explores new approaches to family business governance.I am a member of the Family Firm Institute, co-founder of the Kimpa Endowment Fund for the Mediterranean and its territories, father of two, and an ultra-trail enthusiast.“I sincerely believe that future generations of family entrepreneurs will successfully navigate their transitions by focusing on the love they have for their family, their shared history, and the future of the planet.”
