Leading large scale customer projects across various industries in EMEA with a focus on digital strategy, transformation and experience design through- Advising customers on creating competitive advantage with Slack technology, its integration with Salesforce Clouds and metrics for successful achievement - Maximizing business performance by leveraging Slack technology to redesign current or creating new use cases leveraging integrations with custom apps or business applications, such as Salesforce (CRM), Digital Workplaces Apps (Microsoft 365, Google Apps.)- also leveraging : automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI)- Transforming key business processes into business impacting solutions within Slack, ranging from channel-based solutions to custom workflows and integrated applications - Increasing value and drive adoption by platform and use case design, governance deployment and change management - Advising customers on establishing governance and operating models with Administrators - Applying Design Thinking to drive sustainable adoption and engagement, prioritizing core business operations within Internal Communications, HR Onboarding and IT departments - Visualizing usage data using Tableau to analyze organizations’ digital workplace experience- Evaluating usage metrics and trends against desired collaboration goals.
