Contexte de la mission :Le Guichet Unique de l’INPI est un projet d’envergure nationale lancé dans le cadre de la loi PACTE. Il constitue la plateforme centralisée obligatoire pour toutes les formalités d’entreprise (immatriculation, modification, cessation), remplaçant les anciens Centres de Formalités des Entreprises (CFE).Depuis son ouverture en janvier 2023, ce portail a géré plus de 5 millions de formalités pour plus d’1,5 million d’entreprises, et représente un enjeu stratégique majeur pour la simplification administrative et la transformation numérique de l’État.Missions réalisées :En tant que Delivery Manager au sein de ce projet structurant, mes responsabilités portent à la fois sur la gouvernance opérationnelle, la qualité de service, et l’animation des équipes techniques.Responsabilités principales - Pilotage opérationnel des activités de delivery dans un contexte multi-équipes (30 à 40 collaborateurs)- Garantie du respect des engagements contractuels, des SLA, des jalons projets - Supervision de la qualité des livrables (code, documentation, reporting) et animation des comités qualité - Mise en place et suivi de plans d’amélioration continue - Optimisation des processus de delivery et des flux de communication inter-équipes - Interface privilégiée avec la MOA et les parties prenantes métier de l’INPI - Contribution à la gestion des risques projets et à la priorisation des demandes - Appui au pilotage budgétaire et à la gestion de la capacité des équipes - Point d\'entrée des demandes du client, et garant de la relation clientEnvironnement technique :React/Symphony - GitLab - Cypress – JIRA – Confluence – Scrum / Kanban
