At Survios, I embarked on a transformative journey that shaped my career as a producer in the games and virtual reality industry. Starting as a QA Analyst, I quickly proved my dedication to quality and attention to detail, testing titles like Creed: Rise to Glory, Puzzle Bobble: Vacation Odyssey, and Big Rumble Boxing. My ability to enhance cross-departmental communication and provide significant support to the production team led to my rapid promotion to Production Coordinator and subsequently to Associate Producer. In my role as Associate Producer, I managed the development of Aliens: Rogue Incursion for PSVR2, PC, and Quest 3, ensuring the timely delivery and maintaining high standards across all projects. I implemented Agile practices that significantly improved team efficiency and developed optimized workflows that effectively reduced production bottlenecks. My expertise in risk mitigation played a crucial role in decreasing project delays, while my user story mapping skills aligned team efforts with user needs, resulting in a noticeable boost in user satisfaction scores. Before stepping into production, I worked as a 3D animator, bringing characters and worlds to life with meticulous detail and creativity. This background in animation provided me with a solid foundation in the artistic and technical aspects of game development, allowing me to bridge the gap between creative and production teams effectively. Throughout my tenure, I utilized a variety of management tools, including Atlassian Suite (Jira+Confluence, SQL), Autodesk Shotgrid/Shotgun, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Airtable, Mindjet Manager, and Notion. These tools enabled me to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and drive projects forward efficiently. My entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through ventures like founding Cognition VR and leading Phyxis, has always driven me to innovate and take projects from concept to completion. My passion lies in creating immersive experiences that push the boundaries of storytelling and technology. With a player-first mentality, I ensure that the end-user experience is always at the forefront of my work. My multicultural background, having been born in Chicago, raised in Brussels, and educated in the UK and Canada, enhances my ability to connect with diverse teams and audiences, bringing a unique perspective to every project.
