Ensure all health, safety and security procedures are adhered to and areas of concernare reported to the appropriate parties in a timely manner in order to limit exposure toliability and loss; Inspect & test fire protection equipment & systems at recommended intervals forproper operation in order to meet legislative requirements and ensure tenant andcustomer safety; Assist in conducting the required fire drills; Once approved by the Property Manager and/or Operations Supervisor, coordinate andschedule all required maintenance or repair/replacement with the appropriatesubcontractor; Ensure service contracts are enforced, service levels are achieved, and contractors areadequately supervised when on site; Carry out, or supervise execution of all preventative maintenance tasks as prescribed onall equipment and systems; Respond to tenant concerns in a timely manner and assist in solving problems asrequired. Respond to after hour calls and or emergencies;Performing repairs and inspections on a variety of building equipment and industrial systems Maintaining work on power plant and building equipment as well as mechanical systems Operating and maintaining the plant’s systems in a safe and efficient manner Completing emergency maintenance on building-related systems and equipment
