ContourGlobal is a developer and operator of wholesale electric power generation businesses. It owns and operates in 18 countries and 3 continents a portfolio of 130 power plants with approximately 6,2 GW of gross capacity in operation or under construction. ContourGlobal was listed in the UK between 2017 and 2022 before being acquired by KKR. Recurring activities• Set up of the consolidation department, setting up of the closing financial processes and their evolution, management and control of their implementation within the group. • In charge of the production of the group quarterly IFRS financial statements that were published for the first time in December 2013.• Continuous improvement (pertinence, quality, quickness of the closing process) of the group financial information towards Management and investors. • Leader in the evolution and amelioration of the consolidation tool SAP BPC.• Implementation of trainings for all new joiners on the closing process.• Direct management of one person located in Sofia (Bulgaria). Non-recurring activities• Successful listing in the UK in 2017, in charge during this process of the preparation of the financial information (June 17 and last three years), main interlocutor of the audit team, implementation and calculation of non GAAP KPIs for the investors during the IPO.• Project of IPO in the US in 2015. F-1 form prepared and sent to the SEC. Project was abandoned due to the stock market evolution in the end of 2015.• Active participation during acquisitions of subsidiaries (2 to 3 acquisitions each year) and bond refinancings or bond tap.• Acted as consolidation lead for the transition from SAP BPC to OneStream across the Group
