As a data science intern at Via, my main responsibility involves analyzing marketing data to help the marketing team better understand and enhance their strategies. Traditionally, decisions about tactics to encourage businesses toward deal closures have been guided more by intuition than evidence. My work addresses this by using advanced statistical techniques, specifically Bayesian modeling with Python\'s PyMC, to analyze the data thoroughly and draw reliable conclusions. The objective is to pinpoint marketing strategies that genuinely lead to successful outcomes and provide clear, actionable insights to improve future efforts. This internship is giving me practical experience in connecting analytical skills directly to real-world business decisions, significantly deepening my understanding of data-driven strategy in a professional setting.
