As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Business Development and Executive at RSM, I oversee various high-level searches for sales and firm leadership positions across North America. I am an energetic, passionate, and driven Talent Acquisition specialist who enjoys continued growth, development, and most importantly, connection. After completing my studies of International Business, Spanish, and Management in both small-town, Iowa and Alicante, Spain, I found a passion for establishing and maintaining relationships to learn how I can add value to another\'s personal and professional endeavors. I started my career in educational recruiting and then spent 3+ years learning & growing in the competitive sales & recruiting/staffing environment at Robert Half International. I joined the corporate recruiting world in 2015 where I supported Wells Fargo\'s Community Bank team and then moved on to become a Senior Recruiting & Sourcing Consultant for Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Recruiting Initiatives team. After transitioning to the Diversity Sourcing & Targeted Recruiting team, I supported high level recruiting projects and initiatives that helped the company meet strategic and impactful goals. In July of 2021, I joined RSM\'s Talent Acquisition team, where I am thrilled to support the middle market leader in audit, tax, and consulting services with their hiring searches. Being a recruiter gives me the privilege to connect talented individuals with amazing opportunities all over the country.
