As a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in Project Management, I bring over 8 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and driving operational excellence. Holding both a Human Resources Diploma (with a 4.0 GPA) and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree, I have developed a well-rounded skill set in project management, client services, training, recruitment, and more.In my current role as a Program Manager at Klick Health, I oversee two portfolios worth over $4 million, managing project budgets, forecasts, and account reports, while also coaching and mentoring project managers. I have successfully delivered multiple high-impact programs, including a full CRM system revamp and a website rebuild, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.My experience spans from coordinating multiple workstreams to managing project timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications, all underpinned by a deep commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
