   Precise Systems is a professional services company currently working for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Air Force. Our core competencies include systems engineering, program and project management, logistics, information technology and cyber security, and software development services. We were founded in 1990 and since our establishment we have been providing cutting edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs. My primary responsibility is providing full life-cycle recruiting support for both Corporate and Industry Customers near Pax River, MD, Havelock, NC and the Washington, DC/Metro Area. The day-to-day process involves: identifying and sourcing candidates, phone screening, and interviewing to assess capabilities. I am managing the evaluation process, collaborating with hiring/program managers to arrive at hiring decisions, providing candidate follow-up and feedback and extending and negotiating employment offers. I work directly with the HR Department assisting with new employee on-boarding and assimilation and provide supplemental Corporate Team support as requested. I work in tandem with the leaders of Precise Systems in developing effective recruiting strategies in relationship to current and future business opportunities/ requirements. A primary goal of my position is building and developing successful relationships with key business leaders, internal customers and job seekers to better able us to grow our market position and better serve our industry customers. Additionally, I serve as the Recruiting representative during the request for proposal process by providing unique recruiting strategies and staffing augmentation suggestions in support of the Corporate Strategy and Business Development teams.
