Under the Stanford University Graduate School of Education, the SCALE Initiative bridges education policy with research to transform student learning and equity. In addition to developing research and tools, a key strategy for this work is engagement with education leaders across contexts. This is the heart of the role of the Communications & Engagement Manager. Within SCALE, the National Student Support Accelerator provides comprehensive strategy, research, and tools for school districts and states who are implementing high-impact tutoring for their students. It has been an honor to grow the audience of this successful work in my time with the organization.
