ABOUT JULIE MACDONALD

I specialize in the recruitment of professionals, senior managers and executives. I thrive on challenges, whether in my business development role where I have to convince my clients to entrust us with their mandates or in headhunting where I have to convince candidates to trust me to help them find their next challenge. I am a business partner, a ‘’middle person’’ who listens, understands and executes. The goal is to find the ultimate \"fit\" for both parties. I am very curious but above all interested in listening, understanding and working in partnership with my clients and candidates. I love my job because I have the privilege of being able to contribute to the success of the companies I work with and because I support my candidates in finding their next professional challenge, which is no small task.
