Responsible for implementing training, learning and development solutions to meet the needs of our 20 locations across the U.S. with different businesses of Radio, T.V, 2060 Digital, F&F Productions and Reelz channel under the Hubbard Broadcasting umbrella. • Partner with outside training vendors for technical, leadership and soft skill training.• Launched leadership program in 2021 with FranklinCovey’s All Access Pass Program to lead and facilitate leadership classes virtually. • Completed Articulate 360 certification with ATD in 2019 to create eLearning courses for the company, building a library from the ground up.• Partner with IT on cybersecurity initiatives to increase awareness to employees around cyber topics via training and campaigns. • Committee member on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to implement actions that positively impact our employees at every stage of the employee life cycle. • Coach and advise leaders on goals and performance solutions.• Partnered with outside vendor and HR team to create and launch a combined performance and learning management system in 2022.
