Key accomplishments include:• Unified TA and HR Operations teams while mastering HR Ops processes. Oversaw compliance activities, including expanded Oracle HCM functionality, contractor and consultant hiring, I-9 processing, vendor credentialing, employee lifecycle transactions, sanctions reviews, referral bonus payments, and legal agreements. • Partnered with the team to develop comprehensive process guides and an HR Ops Team Playbook.
