I oversee HR, talent management, employee experience, benefits, people development, and wellbeing initiatives, scaling systems for a remote-first workforce.I helped drive the largest employee engagement score jump in company history, achieve record participation in wellbeing programs, optimize HR technology stacks, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with employment law. My focus is on fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where employees thrive and the organization achieves lasting impact.
