Working on a transformation vendor harmonisation project, bringing case intake and processing for 40 countries into one vendor for Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and Medical Information Enquiries. There is currently a mix of vendor and in-house teams with various processes across countries and the role involves understanding local market requirements to establish a new global process. The project includes phone, email, fax and post intake, and case processing in the respective case handling end systems.\\\\n\\\\nPreviously worked with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms to allow internal and external users to report Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and Medical Information Enquiries. Used the i18n dictionary to translate the forms into 40 languages for 180 countries.
