Every generation wants to do meaningful and purposeful work.Making up almost 30% of our workforce, Gen Z is leading the charge in aligning the workplace with their values, advocating for mental health support, inclusivity, and transparency baked into the culture of the companies where they choose to work. Gen Z is also the most diverse and educated generation.Part of that is being able to work effectively and collaboratively across generations.Companies lose significant revenue due to turnover with their young talent because Gen Z have different priorities and expectations than past generations: pursuing work that\'s meaningful, impactful, and value-driven. Through a wellness-based approach, I help leaders develop recruiting and retention strategies, supported by a workplace culture that keeps their teams motivated and engaged.Over my career, I\'ve worked with world-class organizations like Accenture, Harvard University, Deutsche Bank, Dell, Verizon, Brown University, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
