About Julie Laufer
I\'m a fixer. I was one of those kids who would take something apart just to put it back together (thankfully, my iBook G4 survived this in 2003). In times of corporate crisis, I tend to jump into action and assist with messaging and problem-solving. I love putting together IKEA furniture and always try to fix plumbing issues on my own before calling my landlord. Throughout my career, regardless of what the ‘job’ was, that’s always been where I’ve thrived. Now, I work with startups and small businesses for product, operations, communications, and advisory needs. I come in, get sh!t done, and leave things up better than I left them. I crack the puzzle, do the \'heads down\' work, and fill in gaps — whether you need strategy or execution.I’ve built my career by connecting people to what they need through product strategy, customer experience, and a lifelong habit of writing things down.
