Time management, communication efficiency and organizational skills are crucial to assisting a CEO. Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO on a daily basis (agendas, email, calls, travel etc). In addition to the day to day, there is also the travel arrangement portion of the role. Acting as a liaison between CEO and other stake holders. Setting daily reminds for tasks and duties. Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for the CEO. Reserving and preparing facilities for scheduled events + meetings. Plan company events,+ company party\'s. Any questions- Just ask!
