Directing HDR’s global water program management practice, which includes a broad range of multi-disciplinary services that can be adapted to address emerging industry trends and the unique infrastructure program needs of each client. Driving the growth of the practice globally through the strategic planning, development and marketing of HDR’s high-value program advisory service offerings with the ultimate goal of becoming one of the premier program management firms in the water industry. Also responsible for overseeing the creation and refinement of all the tools and best practices used to optimize delivery performance and ensure we meet or surpass our clients’ expectations.Working closely with clients to identify programmatic solutions to their infrastructure needs and providing strategic advice on all aspects of mega-project and program delivery. Collaborating with the HDR program team on the implementation of existing programs and keeping some level of involvement on key programs by assuming the role of Senior Advisor or Principal-in-Charge, participating in start-up of new programs, and helping address specific program delivery challenges and issues. Identifying and developing new talents, forming HDR’s new generation of program managers, and diversifying expertise within the practice - all aimed at perfecting the company’s program management depth and capabilities.
