As part of a major, multi-year grant to Jobs For the Future, I foster the execution of key initiatives across five workstreams to establish the ASA Center for Career Navigation. I ensure that dots are connected and milestones are met across research, policy, marketing, organizational networks, and product development—aligning efforts to create scalable, high-impact solutions for teens and young adults.With a deep focus on mobilizing key audiences—including teens, parents, employers, credential providers, nonprofits, and policymakers—I bridge insights, strategy, and execution to advance ASA’s mission and drive a narrative shift around viable non-degree career pathways. Passionate about turning complex challenges into actionable strategies, I thrive in dynamic environments that demand collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
