I have an interdisciplinary background with 10+ years of experience in higher education and 4+ years of experience in technology research. I analyze interactions between humans and technology products to understand both user and organizational needs. I act as the voice of users to advocate for human-centered and data-driven solutions that enhance user experience and drive growth.In my professional roles as a counselor and program coordinator for graduate students in Information and Computer Sciences and Engineering graduate programs, I serve as an advocate, guide, and mentor for students. I utilize interpersonal skills and active listening to assess student issues and offer solutions so students can meet their academic goals, in compliance with University standards and timelines.
