Serve as a member of the leadership team and HR leader to the corporate headquarters accountable for the HR budget and direct the daily HR functions for 3 US locations across two states, supporting 1,300 employees and generating $715M+ in annual revenues. • Manage a 12-person team comprised of a Senior HR Manager, Senior HRIS Analyst, Organizational Development Specialist, Weld Instructor, and 8 HR staff providing HR guidance and support to all aspects of the business, including Manufacturing, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Legal, Environmental, Safety, Maintenance, Production Control, and IT. • Responsible for all Corporate and Field HR services, including employee relations, staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, onboarding and training, performance management, organizational development, and employee safety. • Partner with the executive team and managers in planning, developing, and implementing Human Resources and business objectives set forth by production and project needs. • Facilitate the creation of new policies and procedures to promote continual improvements throughout the organization • Administer employee benefits plans (Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Disability, Worker’s Compensation, 401K), acting as the primary liaison for employees, plan administrators, and carriers, leading negotiations to increase life insurance offerings and add a 401k Roth option. • Increase leadership and team collaboration skills for top talent managing the design and development of the Miller Industries Leadership Program.
