Coffee has a way of bringing people together — and that\'s exactly what I\'ve spent my career doing. It’s why I often lead my follow-up messages with, “It’s Julie, you know, from coffee?”I\'ve worked across specialty coffee for over a decade, touching retail, education, sustainability, events, and sourcing along the way. Traveling widely with coffee has been one of the great privileges of my career, and every community I\'ve encountered, from Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles, Shanghai to Campinas, has contributed to how I think and work.What I love most is seeing the full picture.
