As President and Partner at Flat Iron Building Group, I work in an industry filled with extraordinary talent, deep expertise, and an incredible capacity to shape how people and organizations experience the built environment.What I’ve learned over time is that outcomes are rarely limited by capability. They are shaped by alignment.Commercial interiors projects bring together dozens of companies, hundreds of individuals, and thousands of decisions. When teams operate in silos, complexity increases. When teams align early around shared ownership, clarity emerges, momentum builds, and outcomes improve - not just in cost and schedule, but in trust, experience, and long-term value.My work is focused on helping teams operate differently.Flat Iron was built around a Design-Build model that integrates leadership, real-estate strategy, design, and delivery under one accountable structure. Not as a procurement strategy, but as a leadership approach - one that prioritizes alignment, transparency, and shared responsibility from the very beginning.Because real challenges don’t live within silos. They exist between them.We work exclusively on behalf of end clients, bringing the full ecosystem together early to create environments where people can do their best work, and where complex outcomes can unfold with greater clarity and confidence.This industry holds enormous potential.
