Oversee the development of messaging and synthesize themes to position Oracle\'s entire product portfolio with key issues in the marketplace. Develop appropriate global marketing assets and sales enablement materials to regional and business unit stakeholders. Monitor effectiveness and optimize for demand generation goals. Understand global go-to-market strategies, pipeline and ARR goals and their relation to key compelling events in the business landscape. Identify common compelling events across regions and business units that can mapped to global campaigns for demand generation. Partner with sales, product and the campaign delivery teams to identify public relations, analyst relations and customer reference opportunities. Drive “One Oracle” messaging through internal and external distribution channels including Oracle.com, and Sales Accelerator Leverage dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of global campaign execution and listen to qualitative feedback on performance from business and sales stakeholders to make necessary adjustments when required. Manage and develop marketing associates assigned to Regulated Industries (healthcare, government, defense and intelligence, higher education) to develop and execute global campaign requirements.
