With over nine years of experience in product management and product marketing, I am passionate about creating and launching innovative and user-friendly products that solve real problems and delight customers. I have a strong background in marketing communications, digital marketing, and analytics, which enables me to understand the market needs, craft compelling value propositions, and measure the impact of my products. As a Product Management Director at Slack, I work on the innovation team that focuses on zero-to-one new feature development, where I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our users and the company.In my current role, I have worked on several new features that enhance the communication and collaboration experience of Slack users, such as Huddles, Video/Audio Messages, and now leading exploratory prototyping for another new product area. I am responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution, as well as conducting user research, testing, and feedback. I leverage my skills in marketing communications, digital marketing, and Google Analytics to communicate the benefits and value of my products to internal and external stakeholders, and to monitor and optimize the product performance and user satisfaction. I am proud of the results I have achieved, such as increasing user engagement, retention, and satisfaction, as well as contributing to Slack\'s growth and innovation.
