Passionate leader with a proven track record for establishing and sustaining strong client relationships that build community and effectively grow the bottom line. My passion for prevention and healthy living has led me to many years of corporate health promotion experience focusing on relationship management across multiple employer groups and health plans. After spending the last 8 years as a profitable small business owner, and immensely growing my skills in all areas of client success, sales, marketing and leadership, I am excited to share my expertise on a collaborative, mission-driven team. I started my wellness career coaching employees towards their health improvement goals and I am experienced in several areas of employee benefits and health management. My true passion comes through when I am fostering strong client, consultant and vendor relationships and this is evident in the retention of client accounts I\'ve managed, and the sustainment of meaningful relationships established throughout my career. I am a recent alumni of Leadership Plano and continue to be actively involved in the Plano Community.
