I have specialised in working with holistic customer experiences, especially where digital products & services play an important role. I love building well-functioning teams, culture and competence in others as part of my work, which all are crucial factors in order to find the most important problems, and the best solutions, to deliver excellent customer experiences.As Head of Customer Experience in NoA Ignite, I am leading a department of CX advisors & designers. Together, we are working on how we can create great products and services that both users and businesses benefit from. Using an established design toolbox combined with creativity and new ideas, we always strive to develop more sustainable and circular business concepts and processes together with my team and our clients. As a part of NoA, I am lucky to be involved in solving problems with our clients that requires a wide range of competences, from advertising and data driven marketing to business strategy and digital product development.In Tise I worked with business development and I was responsible for several new business concepts: Amongst others a web shop, Tise Basics (tisebasics.com), and a mobile operator, Tise Mobile. By combining data analysis, agile project management and creativity, I worked to ensure that Tise made it easier and fun to choose sustainable options and make a bit better and greener choices every day.I have also worked in Accenture where my main focus and industry expertise was within communications and telecom with projects dealing with Chatbots, Robotic Process Automation, Salesforce and Customer Data Analytics.I have a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU, with a specialization in Communication Technology and Computer Science. My master thesis was written within the field of Managerial Economics and Operations Research.With a comprehensive background covering topics ranging from sustainability to economics to technology, I have gained interest for and enjoy working within the intersection of design, sustainability, technology and business.
