Across roles at HPE, Schlumberger, and now Intel, I’ve helped organizations navigate large-scale SAP programs, data transformations, and enterprise shifts that require calm leadership and thoughtful orchestration.I’m at my best when I’m pulling cross-functional groups together — understanding what each stakeholder cares about, creating shared ownership, and driving toward outcomes that actually stick. I believe strongly that data literacy and data cleanliness are everyone’s responsibility, not just “the data team’s,” and I’ve built operating models and organizations around that principle.What motivates me is the responsibility of getting it right for the people and processes depending on these systems. When data, processes, and people align, everything else accelerates.
