I am a successful Escrow Officer who believes that our customers\' satisfaction relies on ensuring a smooth and successful escrow process. Every day, I focus on exceeding customers\' expectations and strive to achieve this goal. I started my career in escrow in 1976 and have been living and working in the Coachella Valley since 1985. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with Realtors and industry leaders in the area. I began my career as an Escrow Officer in Ventura, California, where I learned file management and team management skills by working alongside top-notch escrow professionals. Later, I moved to the Palm Springs communities, where I continued to grow my career. I worked my way up to Management and Senior Escrow Officer in the greater Palm Springs communities.I strongly believe that superior customer service starts with building a high level of trust between customers and our company. This belief is the foundation of enduring business relationships.Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in many types of escrow transactions, such as sale, commercial, Indian lease land, business opportunities, probate, loan, REO, and short sale transactions.
