   This was a new department for this company. I am building an L&D organization that encompasses four businesses and all employee roles across those businesses. Stood up a team of content creators, instructors, and program managers to support the companies growing learning needs in Leadership and skilled trades people. 2024: Establish a foundation for a robust L & TD program launch in 2025*Launched LMS system Workday Learning ensuring adoption in a diverse workforce including those who only have access through mobile devices* Establish L&D Governance and Project Prioritization structure* Begin building a team of top professionals in the L&D space including instructional designers, instructors, and program managers*Create a realistic content creation strategy to grow the LMS platform, prioritizing offerings specifically needed by EAS manufacturing and construction.*Bring existing artifact content to light and transform it, when sensible, to eLearning and digital content.*Create ways to engage employees and inspire them to pull content and own their learning journey versus relying on pushed content*Ensure all programs created have adequate scaffolding, are piloted to gather learning, and then launched to larger populations*Lead my team to create and launch multiple programs in 2024 including an HR Law course, three Apprenticeship Programs, and a Welding Academy
