As Co-CEO at Elements, I drive strategic direction and oversee our company’s operations alongside my fellow Co-CEO, Christophe Promé. Together, we focus on expanding our presence in the Atlassian ecosystem, nurturing our product portfolio, launching new apps, and championing a culture of collaboration and innovation.My day-to-day includes guiding cross-functional teams—spanning marketing, innovation, finance, and HR—to ensure alignment with our goals and values. I’m also heavily involved in forging strategic partnerships and spotting emerging trends which are key to our continued growth.
