Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets for the Commercial Property team• Oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, including underwriting, pricing, and policy administration• Ensure adherence to carrier risk appetite and regulatory requirements• Serve as the primary liaison with carrier partners, managing capacity relationships and ensuring a consistent, profitable return on capital• Drive product innovation by identifying emerging market trends and developing new insurance solutions that meet the specific needs of brokers, agents, and their customers• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of underwriting and operational professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, expertise, and continuous improvement• Collaborate with the distribution team to deepen relationships with key agents, brokers, and wholesalers, expanding our market reach• Manage the P&L for the business line, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics to senior leadership • Champion the use of technology to streamline workflows and enhance the overall experience for our partners and insureds
