With over 10 years of experience in product program management, I am passionate about empowering girls to become confident and successful leaders. As the Sr Director, Product Program at Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri, I oversee the annual Cookie Program, the largest girl-led entrepreneurial opportunity in the world. I align my work with the Girl Scouts\' mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.In my current role, I lead a team of employees and volunteers who support the Cookie Program, which involves selling approximately 1.5 million packages of cookies across 47 counties. I am responsible for inventory management, problem-solving, creating training, and advertising the program. I also leverage my skills in event planning, leadership, and marketing to organize and promote events that celebrate and reward the girls\' achievements.
