I am an experienced Project/Programme Manager and have been working as a contractor implementing and managing new financial system projects for more than 20 years.I manage and deliver projects through their full lifecycle from selection of system, scoping of project, implementation, testing, training and go live support. I am an ACMA qualified accountant and Prince 2 qualified.I have delivered a wide range of projects including a Global SAP implementation for 25 entities across 14 countries, a European wide SAP HANA system implementation project to projects for smaller start up businesses and everything in between. The majority of my projects are delivered in an ever changing environment and to a tight time scale. I take full responsibility for managing the projects including time, budget and resources and have extensive liaison with the end user community, senior stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers. I have worked across a range of ERP systems and also worked with a variety of integrations.I pride myself on being a professional consultant who delivers projects to a high standard ensuring that the needs of the client are always met.
