Julie started in real estate when she purchased her first home at age 22 and renovated it herself and then was able to sell it two years later and make a profit. She has since turned that into her career and has gone on to purchase, renovate, flip, and also owns her own rental portfolio.Julie specializes in guiding homeowners who might have unique situations related to real estate such as divorce, inherited properties, behind on payments, or the house needs updates.
