ABOUT JULIE BERNDT
With over 20 years of experience in senior care, leader development and organizational effectiveness, I am passionate about developing and empowering leaders and teams with servant leadership principles and practices. As a Senior Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Sanford Health, I partner with the Sanford Health and the Good Samaritan Society to design and deliver solutions that enhance the culture, performance, and engagement of their employees and residents. I also leverage my coaching experience and assessment certifications to help individuals and groups discover and apply their unique talents and strengths. In addition, I serve as a thesis adviser at Bethel University, where I provide guidance and feedback to Doctor of Ministry students completing their thesis project on various topics related to leadership and ministry. I hold a D.Min. in Servant Leadership for Team and Organizational Effectiveness from Bethel University, and a M.Div. in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Sioux Falls Seminary.
