I’m a Senior Talent Recruiter at Children’s Mercy Hospital with primary focus on finding talent for our Children\'s Mercy Research Institute, The Department of Peds and Human Resources. The Children’s Mercy Research Institute is home to cross-functional teams aligned together to find innovative ways to treat complex pediatric illnesses. Recruitment in this area is challenging and rewarding and allows me to better understand the amazing innovations coming out of CM! It also gives me an opportunity to get to know many people with diverse backgrounds and experience – my favorite part of the job!During my down-time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, who keep us on-the-go with sports, and more!
