I am a strategic Chief Financial Officer with over twenty years of successfully translating complex nonprofit business challenges into fiscally sustainable solutions. My passion is helping organizations maximize the impact of their dollars on the communities they serve. I am grateful to have learned the most current theories and best practices in global business within the Executive MBA program at Loyola University Chicago during the pandemic so that I can do just that.In addition to my strong financial background, I have in-depth experience leading, coaching, and empowering diverse teams to streamline organizational workflows to maximize productivity. These relationships combined with my love for finding answers in numbers empower me to manage the change necessary to respond to new challenges while meeting organizational goals and objectives. Earlier in my career, I worked in network architecture for then Andersen Consulting. This has given me a strong aptitude for technology and financial system integration. Before that, I worked as an actuary in the insurance field and have a deep understanding of risk management.
