ABOUT JULIE TREMBLAY
UX Design, branding and education are my passions. I leverage principles of coaching and design thinking to increase performance and to build exceptional experiences for employees and customers. I care about transforming groups into teams that create a meaningful positive impact in their growing communities, and feel great while doing it. My background in fine arts, front-end web development and UX/UI design has enabled me to take on the role of Associate Creative Director at Pound & Grain where I had the opportunity to develop skills in marketing communications and design. My interest in working in the field of education lead me to later join the team at RED Academy to create and facilitate the UI & Communication Design and the Personal & Professional Development programs for hundreds of students before joining the executive leadership team as the General Manager.I am now working as the Head of Experience with the amazingly talented team at Think Tank Training centre. My passion for community building, and desire to contribute to the solution in response to the challenges that humanity is facing has inspired me to launch BIG17. When I\'m not working you can find me painting, playing guitar, riding my bike, swimming in open waters or running on trails as I am training for my next triathlon with my group of friends.
