My goal as a benefits advisor and account manager is to listen to my clients\' needs as it relates to their employee culture and future needs to attract and retain quality employees. HORAN\'s Client Seminars are open to our clients and prospects throughout the year. In collaboration with my clients we develop contribution and wellness strategies, and meet throughout the year to review carrier reporting data for those clients that have access to this through their carrier to do retrospective claims analysis and renewal projections and self-funding retrospective analysis on a proactive basis. I provide timely compliance and legislative updates as they arise. I work with clients with single and multi-site locations and provide enrollment solutions to provide a consistent open enrollment communication package. I also work with municipalities, manufacturers, non-profits and physician groups. HORAN offers creative solutions for you including our own proprietary Captive, consortiums for municipalities, community colleges and secondary schools. We have a team specifically designed to offer emerging businesses solutions and support as they grow.
