With over 15 years of experience in employee relations, recruiting, and training, I have developed a strong background in human resources and customer service. In my current role as Sr. Employee Relations Specialist at lululemon, I lead investigations and provide employee relations consultations. At PNC, I conducted and resolved confidential employee investigations for Code of Business Conduct and Ethics violations, trained and mentored new ER Investigators, and collaborated with service partners to obtain consensus. I have facilitated training for new employees on PNC’s Code of Ethics and implemented corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
