ABOUT JULIE HANCOCK STANDE
As a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Affordable Housing and Real Estate group, my main areas of focus are: Multifamily HousingI assist owners and developers with the acquisition, disposition, and financing of multifamily properties, including developments financed with low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits. I work on many refinancings of affordable housing projects, in particular, those funded through the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) 223(f) program. Additionally, in the multifamily sector, I handle the disposition of limited partner interests in affordable housing projects, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements for such dispositions.General Real EstateI work with clients on various other general real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements and real estate joint ventures.
