With over 20 years’ experience as a senior leader across Retail, Wholesale, Customer, Marketing, and Operations, I am passionate about delivering data-driven strategic programmes that drive tangible business outcomes. My career began on BP Oil’s selective Graduate Programme, where I built a strong commercial foundation and progressed through diverse roles in two countries. I then joined Foodstuffs North Island, advancing to Head of CX, Insights, and Strategic Projects, where I played a pivotal role in transforming the customer experience and driving business growth. Most recently, my training and hands-on experience as an Owner Operator have further sharpened my operational and leadership skills.I thrive in large, complex businesses and fast-paced, customer-centric retail environments, consistently acting as an advocate for the customer.
