I am joint head of our National Regeneration, Development and Infrastructure team with over 20 years experience working across both public and private sectors with developers, local authorities, central government and its agencies and regulated bodies in relation to development and infrastructure projects. Julie\'s experience covers a full range of real estate development work delivering regionally and nationally significantly infrastructure and regeneration projects. Julie\'s particular expertise relates to advising on major regeneration and capital projects, land assembly strategy and property development including negotiating development agreements, forward funding agreements, collaboration and option agreements, exclusivity agreements, site assembly or disposal and lettings strategy including advising on Crichel Down Rules. Julie works closely with DWF\'s Infrastructure and Development Planning Team on CPO and DCO projects, the acquisition and disposal of land interests on wide scale development projects leading a team who support on acquisitions and disposals of complex land interests (commercial, residential and agricultural)(voluntary or under statutory blight) and is supported by a team who deliver on the BAU volume transactions as well including wayleaves, easements, temporary licence agreements and reports on title.
