About Julie Caverly Siegler

I have worked in the Puget Sound area for over 20 years and have seen the amazing real estate and economic growth of this area flourish. I have a passion for housing in this region having spent nearly 15 years working in sales and marketing for an international real estate firm and then later becoming the Director of Marketing for the Seattle Division of Lennar Homebuilding. In 2018, I was recognized by the New Home Council Tribute Awards as Marketing Leader of the Year.In 2019 I became a board member serving FUSION, a local non-profit which provides transitional housing and support services to families experiencing homelessness in our community so they will have a safe, secure environment as they work toward self-sufficiency. In 2020, I helped facilitate the naming, fund development, and opening of The Pete Andersen FUSION Family Center, our city\'s first emergency homeless shelter serving families with children. In 2021, I was nominated and voted in as Vice Chairperson of the FUSION organization and in 2022, I became their Board Chairperson.Over a decade ago, I founded the South King County Bookclub. Not only do we love reading and discussing incredible books, we also believe in giving back. As a club we have supported multiple causes including: Margaritas for Melanoma, Big Climb for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Walk for MS, Relay for Life, multiple 5 and 10Ks, and more.I also serve as a founding member and Officer of the Lennar Northwest Speaking Club dedicated to empowering the growth and leadership skills of young business leaders within the organization and I am Vice President of Recruitment for my children\'s PTA organization.

   Life is always full of new experiences and challenges! After 15 years with an amazing company, full of truly remarkable people, I became the Marketing Manager of Lennar Seattle and then was later promoted to Director of Marketing, and eventually became Vice President of Marketing for the Northwest Division.Within Lennar I manage a team of incredible marketing geniuses with a focus on effective and trackable spending on multiple digital platforms to maximize exposure for our new-home building enterprise. Annually, our division builds over homes a year in the highest demand locations all while creating an experience for our customers that leaves them feeling, tickled, delighted and happy.
